Policy

Our policy is pretty simple:

Don't take credit for our work and don't sell our work.

You may use our sims and recolours with credit in free offerings on the official Sims 3 exchange or your own website, as long as it is not included in any kind of a package that you will be asking people to pay for.

FAQ's

1. Can I sell your creations?
No. This would be strictly against our policy and also against the EA EULA.

2. Will you make something just for me?
Sorry, but we don't take requests. Besides, it's so easy to recolor things in The Sims 3 that you'd probably have more fun doing it yourself.

3. Where do I put the files?
Download to your desktop and unzip the zipped files.  Double click the sims3package files and your launcher will automatically install the items into your game.

4. What in tarnation are Premium Items?
Premium Items are items that have been bought through the EA Store. We try not to build with them at S3M, but once in awhile, one gets through. They should be automatically substituted for a similar base item by the game.

5. Can I sell your creations?
You already asked that. Refer to Question 1.

6. Which price do you base your lot cost on, Furnished or Unfurnished?
All our lots are listed at furnished value. That way, you know it will be cheaper if you choose to have a Sim purchase it unfurnished. Of course, the pricing on lots that don't include furnishings would be, well, the unfurnished price.

7. Are you cute?
Yes, we're all stunning - haven't you seen our About Us page? True-to-life likenesses, those. ;)

8. How many questions are you going to have listed here?
I think this last one will do for now. :D
